Krishnan Iyer Subramanian is the Head of Strategy and ESG of the Investment Manager.
He holds a master’s degree in Management Studies from The Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and advanced certificate for executives in management, innovation and technology from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a certificate from Ernst & Young on International Financial Reporting Standards.
He is a Director on the Board of Directors of Emmbi Industries Limited since 2018, a company listed on NSE and BSE, engaged in the manufacturing sector.
He has been with the NDR group since 2015 and has been in an executive position with the group since 2021.

Sandeep Jain is the Chief Financial Officer of the Investment Manager.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is a member of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He has over 15 years of experience in the finance sector and has been associated with the NDR group since 2010 and has over 12 years of experience in the logistics sector with Continental Warehousing Corporation (Nhava Seva) Ltd, and more than three years prior experience with Lovelock and Lewis (PwC ). He plays a very important role taking NDR group to success.

M. S. Sundara Rajan is an independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Investment Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from University of Madras and master’s degree in arts from University of Madras. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also an associate member of the Indian Institute of Bankers.
Previously, he has served as the whole-time Director and as the chairman and managing Director of the Indian Bank. He has also served as the general manager of the Union Bank of India.
With his experience and expertise, NDR has experienced growth along with the support and decision making powers of the other Directors of NDR Group.

G. K. Sundaram Ravishankar is an independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Investment Manager.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from University of Madras.
He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, previously associated with Maytas Properties as the Head – PPP, Ashok Leyland Limited, as the managing Director of the CCC Builder Merchant Private Limited, Whinney Murray & Company and as general manager(operations) with the Zubair Corporation.

Brinda Jagirdar is an independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Investment Manager.
She is a highly knowledgable and her expertise has taken our NDR group to scale over the years.
She is currently a Director on the Board of Directors of Rane Brake Lining Limited, IDFC First Bank Limited, Rane Engine Valve Limited, SBI DFHI Limited, Maha Arc Limited, Safex Chemicals (India) Limited and Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited. She was associated with State Bank of India for over 36 years and retired as the general manager (economics) in 2013.

Ritesh Vohra is a Director on the Board of Directors of NDR Ware Housing Private Limited.

Meet Mr Naidu Amrutesh Reddy who is the Managing Director of NDR Ware Housing Private Limited, a Director on the Board of Directors of NDR Holdings Private Limited, and is also a whole-time Director on the Board of Directors of Continental Warehousing Corporation (Nhava Seva) Ltd.
His 24 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain logistics, particularly in warehousing has placed him as one of the most important persons of NDR group since 1998
At Continental Warehousing Corporation (Nhava Seva) Ltd., Naidu Amrutesh Reddy was involved in project implementation, budgeting, profitability and overall growth of the company and its subsidiaries, and was instrumental in commissioning rail-linked warehouses and private freight terminals in Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Panipat, including setting up the country’s first private freight terminal in Hyderabad through Continental Multimodal Terminals Ltd.

Ramdas Ramakrishnan Iyer is one of the Directors of Board at NDR Ware Housing Private Limited and NDR Holdings Private Limited. With a bachelor’s degree in arts (special) from Gujarat University and a master’s degree in financial management from University of Mumbai. He brings in the experience and expertise to the company. He is an associate at The Indian Institute of Bankers and has over 26 years of experience in the banking. His achievements doesn’t stop there. Ramdas was previously the deputy general manager of Industrial Development Bank of India Limited and has been with the NDR Group since 2006.
He plays a very important role in the growth of NDR warehousing company with extensive experience of 16 years in the logistics and warehousing sector.
